Change in Employment Application Process

The RMH Human Resources Development department is excited to announce the implementation in July of a Web-based applicant tracking system, Position Manager, to improve the current employment process.

What are the benefits of Position Manager to applicants?

  • It provides a user-friendly, convenient way of applying online for open positions. 
  • Candidates can check the status of their submitted application and store basic information in the system that allows them to quickly submit new applications for other jobs of interest.
  • It provides access to the Job Agent, a program that e-mails a notification to candidates as soon as positions of interest to them are posted.
