Our Leadership, Our Culture
The RMH administrative team is led by President Jim Krauss, who joined the RMH team in 2000. In partnership with the hospital's volunteer board of directors, the RMH administration has worked to successfully predict trends in the healthcare environment and to respond proactively, thus preserving RMH's financial security and independent hospital status.
The hospital's administration has also been successful in creating a cohesive internal community. An emphasis on work/life balance attracts and retains talented employees who are committed to their work, but who also consider quality of life outside of work to be an important factor in job satisfaction.
